Description

The subject matter of the contract is supply and installation of photovoltaic installations, solar collectors and biomass boilers in Księżpol municipality, which is implemented under the project "Improvement of environmental conditions in Księżpol municipality through the use of renewable energy sources".
Supply and installation of photovoltaic installations in Księżpol municipality, including: 1) supply and installation based on the technical documentation possessed by the Employer of 212 sets of photovoltaic installations, together with a structure adapted to the place of installation,2) supply and installation of a structure for PV modules,3) supply and installation of brand new, not older than 2020 PV modules,4) supply and installation of brand new not older than 2020 DC/AC inverters/inverters,5) excavation in the ground to the required depth, in case photovoltaic panels will be located outside the building where the main switchgear will be located at a distance of up to 25 meters in a straight line,6) laying cable routes, grounding and cables from PV panels to the inverter and cables from the inverter to the electrical switchgear7) installation of the switchgear for photovoltaics (DC and AC side) along with grounding the installation (the value of resistance to grounding should reach <10 Ohm)8) equipping the DC switchgear (surge protector, DC fuse disconnector)9) equipping the AC switchgear (fuse disconnector, surge protector, overcurrent circuit breaker)10) performing tests of the installation and checking the proper operation of the equipment,11) start-up of the system and adjustments,12) measurements of electrical installations required by applicable regulations,13) configuration of all inverters, connection to the user's Internet network (if there is no permanent Internet connection in the place where the inverter is located, the costs of connection are covered by the user; if there is no Internet network at all at the user's place, it is required that the user is equipped with a module allowing for future connection to the Internet.The system will have to be equipped with a module that will allow the User to connect to the Internet in the future. The system must be available for stationary and mobile devices on iOS and Android platforms, the devices monitoring the operation of the system should be able to communicate with a dedicated server, where the intended data will be saved,14) training of facility managers and users in the handling and use of photovoltaic installations made within the scope of this procedure,15) preparation of documentation for the notification of micro-installation connection to the power grid of the regional OSD,16) making the necessary holes and assembly passages for the introduction of devices,17) sealing the holes and assembly passages after the introduction.18) other elements included in the appendix no. 1.1 to the ToR and the Contract draft constituting appendix no. 2.1 to the ToR.2 The detailed scope of works (Description of the Order Subject) is included in the appendix no. 1.1 to the ToR - Technical documentation of photovoltaic installations in Księżpol (part 1 of the order). Supply and installation of solar collectors in Księżpol municipality including: 1) supply and installation based on the technical documentation held by the Employer of 50 sets of solar collector installations, including the construction adapted to the place of installation,2) installation of solar collectors using system assembly kits and connection kits, intended for a particular type of collector, the optimal angle of inclination of the collectors should be used, 3) to minimize the risk of damage of collectors during transport to the roof, use a crane or ladders with electric winches4) Dismantling the existing domestic hot water heater and disconnecting it from the existing installation (the dismantled heater remains at the disposal of the building owner),5) Installing a new domestic hot water heater with a mixing valve and integrating it into the domestic hot water installation circuit) installation and insulation of pipelines between the collectors, pump group and hot utility water heater,7) installation of a pumping group,8) installation of temperature sensors on the solar collectors, tank and on the boiler,9) connection of the existing heat source to the domestic hot water heater,1011) filling, de-aeration and appropriate regulation of fluid flow as well as determination of proper pressure according to the instructions of the solar collector manufacturer,12) finishing the areas around system passages (plaster/insulation, passages through walls, ceilings, and roof) at least in accordance with their original condition as well as effective protection of places outside the building against weather conditions 13) programming and commissioning of the automation system,14) connecting the upper cylinder coil with the second heat source (existing solid fuel boiler) together with a complete pump group, it should be connected to the solar controller and its operation should be programmed in cooperation with the boiler,15) the contractor is obliged to train the installation user in handling the applied devices. Supply and installation of biomass boilers in Księżpol municipality, including 1) supply and installation, based on technical documentation held by the Employer, of 12 biomass boilers in residential buildings, together with accessories,2) installation of a flue to the chimney,3) installation of installation protections,4) boiler connection to the central heating system,5) boiler connection to the hot water system. 6) installation of circulation pumps,7) installation of a control and regulation system,8) tests, examinations and start-ups of the biomass boiler plant installation,9) restoration of all surfaces, structural elements and other elements damaged or disturbed as a result of the installation to their original state,10) training of users in the principles of the correct operation of the biomass boiler installed together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their handover to users,11) other elements included in Appendix No. 1.3 to SWZ and Draft agreement constituting attachment No. 2.3 to SWZ.2Detailed scope of work (Description of the subject matter of the contract) is included in Annex 1.3 to the SWZ - Technical documentation of the installation of Księżpol biomass boilers (part 3 of the contract).
