Description
The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of solar collector installations, photovoltaic installations, biomass boilers and heat pumps in the Kamionka Municipality, which is implemented under the "Clean Energy in the Kamionka Municipality" project.
1) delivery and installation of solar collector systems in Kamionka Municipality, including in particular:1) delivery and installation based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party of 80 sets of solar collector systems installed on buildings for natural persons, including:- 58 sets, each consisting of 2 collectors and a storage tank with a capacity of up to 1,000 kg. 300l,- 18 sets, each consisting of 3 collectors and a 400l tank; b) ground-mounted to natural persons:- 3 sets, each consisting of 2 collectors and a 300l tank,- 1 set consisting of 3 collectors and a 400l tank. 400l;2) installation of solar collectors on a supporting structure adapted to the place of installation on the building,3) installation of pipelines with insulation,4) installation of control and measurement fittings,5) installation of the solar tank,6) programming and start-up of the automation system with connection of a WLAN communication modem to the controller in order to read out the energy yield parameters via the Internet for:- 1 pc. 1 solar collector installation based on 2 collectors; - 1 solar collector installation based on 3 collectors; the controller records daily, monthly and annual energy accumulated by the solar collectors on a microSD or SD card, and allows for transferring the recorded information to a mobile external device. The controller or an additional module for communication with the network has a built-in WiFi based on radio communication for wireless connection with the local existing network (WLAN) and cooperation with the monitoring system7) start-up and execution of the start-up and commissioning of the installation,8) training of the installation user in the use of the solar set,2. Detailed scope of work (Description of the subject of the Order) is included in Appendix 1.1 to the ToR (part 1 of the order - solar collectors). Delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations in Kamionka Municipality, including in particular:1) delivery and installation on the basis of technical documentation held by the Ordering Party 148 sets of photovoltaic installations, including:a) mounted on roofs, facades or balconies of residential buildings for natural persons:- 25 sets, each with a power of min. 2,17 kWp,- 34 sets, each with power min. 3,1 kWp,- 34 sets, each with a power of min. 4,03 kWp,- 38 sets, each of a power of at least 4,96 kWp,b) mounted on the roofs of farm buildings for private individuals:- 4 sets, each of a power of at least 4,03 kWp,- 2 sets, each with a power of at least 4,96 kWp,b) ground-mounted to private individuals:- 1 set, each with a power of min. 3,1 kWp,- 5 sets, each with a power of min. 4,03 kWp,- 5 sets, each with a power of min. 4,96 kWp,2) installation of photovoltaic panels on the prepared structure,3) installation of devices controlling the operation of the modules,4) arrangement of cables in prepared cable trays,5) installation of inverters,6) installation of RPV AC and RPV DC switchgears,7) electrical connection of RPV DC switchgears with inverters,8) electrical connection of RPV AC switchgear with inverters,9) installation of a set of grounding installation elements and a system for equalizing the difference of electrical potentials,10) making a system from data acquisition11) managing assembly works performed by employees.12) making electrical measurements of the whole system13) making measurements of photovoltaic systems (checking the functioning of individual strings),14) trial start-up of the whole installation after connecting it to the 0,4kV distribution network,15) programming and start-up of the automation system together with connecting the WLAN communication modem to the regulator in order to read the parameters of energy yield via the Internet for - 1 photovoltaic installation of min. 2.17 kWp;- 1 photovoltaic system with power of min. 3.1 kWp;- 1 photovoltaic system with min. power 4.03 kWp;- 1 photovoltaic system with a minimum output of at least The controller records daily, monthly and annual energy accumulated by the PV system on a microSD or SD card, and allows to transfer the recorded information to a mobile external device. The controller or additional module for communication with the network has a built-in WiFi based on radio communication for wireless connection to the local existing network (WLAN), and cooperation with the monitoring system.16) training of the Investor's employees on the operation and maintenance of the photovoltaic system and monitoring system and possible cases of improper operation of the installation,17) as-built inventory,18) notification of readiness of the photovoltaic installation for connection to the 0.4 kV distribution network.2 Detailed scope of work (Description of the subject of the Order) is included in Appendix 1.2 to the ToR (part 2 of the order - photovoltaic installations). Delivery and installation of biomass-fired boilers in Kamionka Municipality, including in particular:1) delivery and installation on the basis of technical documentation held by the Ordering Party, of 12 biomass-fired boilers installed in residential buildings for natural persons, including:a) 6 units of min. 20 kW,b) 6 pcs with power min. 25 kW,2) disassembly of the existing boiler (the disassembled boiler is at the disposal of the owner of the facility),3) installation of a flue pipe to the chimney,4) installation of system protection,5) connection of the boiler to the central heating system,6) connection of the boiler to the central heating system.u,7) installation of circulating pumps,8) installation of a control and regulation system,9) testing, testing and start-up of biomass boiler house installations,10) restoration of any damaged surfaces, structural elements and other elements damaged or disturbed as a result of installation installation installation,11) programming and start-up of the automation system together with connection of a WLAN communication modem to the regulator in order to read the energy yield parameters via the Internet for: - 1 biomass boiler of min. 20kW;- 1 biomass-fired boiler with min. output. The controller records daily, monthly and annual energy accumulated by biomass-fired boilers on a microSD or SD card, and allows transferring the recorded information to a mobile external device. The controller or an additional module for communication with the network has a built-in WiFi based on radio communication for wireless connection with the local existing network (WLAN) and cooperation with the monitoring system.12) training of users on the principles of proper operation of the installed biomass-fired boiler together with development of detailed operating manuals and their transmission to the users.2 Detailed scope of work (Description of the subject of the Order) is included in Appendix No. 1.3 to the ToR (part 3 of the order - biomass-fired boilers). Delivery and installation of heat pump boilers in Kamionka Municipality, including in particular:1) delivery and installation on the basis of technical documentation of 23 air sets of heat pumps for the c. w. u., each with power min. 3.5 kW installed in residential buildings for private individuals,2) installation of air ducts,3) connection of a domestic hot water heater. 3) connection of a hot water heater (heat pump) to an existing domestic hot water system, circulation of hot water and hot water,4) installation of fittings, devices and other elements according to the technological diagram,5) installation of the control system,6) performance of rinsing and pressure tests of the system,7) filling the system,8) start-up of the system,9) programming and start-up of the automation system together with connection of the WLAN communication modem to the controller in order to read the energy yield parameters via the Internet for 1 heat pump. The controller records daily, monthly and annual energy accumulated by the heat pumps on a microSD or SD card and enables transfer of the recorded information to a mobile external device. The controller or an additional module for communication with the network has a built-in WiFi based on radio communication for wireless connection to the local existing network (WLAN), and cooperation with the monitoring system.10) training of users on the principles of proper operation of heat pumps for hot water, together with the development of detailed operating manuals and their transfer to users,11) filling in and sealing the loss of cable passages, making the wires of cold, hot water and electrical installations necessary for connection to the designed system.2.
