Description
The order includes delivery with installation of the following installations: 1. 35 sets of solar installations including: Kit No. 1: HeatPipe vacuum collectors with a total aperture area of not less than 2.82 m2 and a total absorber area of not less than 2.40 m2 and a water tank with a capacity of 300 l. - 10 pcs. Set no. 2: HeatPipe vacuum tube collectors with a total aperture area of not less than 3.76 m2 and a total absorber area of not less than 3.20 m2 and a water tank capacity of 400 l. - 25 pcs.Including a design adapted to the installation site and:- installation of pipelines,- installation of domestic hot water storage tanks,- installation of fittings,- installation of circulation pumps,- installation of other solar installation equipment,- electrical and construction work related to the solar installation,- all necessary installation work related to the connection of solar installation technology with existing installations,- testing of the installation, tests and start-ups,- other elements included in the Functional and User Programme included in Annex 9 to the ToR and in the draft agreement included in Annex 4 to the ToR.In each installation, the Contractor will use: - shut-off valves at the domestic hot water tank allowing the replacement of the tank without the need to disassemble the piping, both in the supply and return, utility water and the circuit of the upper coil, - water pressure reducer - safety valve at the domestic hot water supply, - diaphragm vessels for the glycol installation and domestic hot water installation, - mixing valve for domestic hot water, - thermal insulation of domestic hot water and domestic hot water pipes.. 22 sets of photovoltaic installations including: Set no. 1 of 2.90 kW consisting of 10 modules (panels) - 2 pcs. Set no. 2 of 3.77 kW consisting of 13 modules (panels) - 1 pcs. Set no. 3 of 4.93 kW consisting of 17 modules (panels) - 19 pcs.Together with the structure adjusted to the place of installation and: - installation of inverters and other devices, - installation of complete cabling, - installation of overvoltage protections, - supply of AC cables to the place of the existing fuse board of the building and to the new circuit adapted to its connection, - testing, adjustment of the installation, - technological start-up of the installation, - training of users on the principles of proper operation of the photovoltaic installations, including the development of detailed operating instructions and their handover to users, - development by the Contractor of appropriate as-built documentation necessary to report the connection of the microinstallation to the power grid PGE Dystrybucjacja Dystrybucja (Distribution).A,- connection of the installation to the power grid together with notification of connection of the microinstallation to the distribution network of PGE Dystrybucja S.A, Białystok Branch, Suwałki Energy Region, - other elements included in the Functional and Operational Programme constituting Annex No. 9 to the ToR and the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the ToR.3In this order there are no single-family buildings with the area exceeding 300 m2.4. Solar collectors and photovoltaic panels will be installed both on the roofs of residential buildings (one-storey and one-storey) and outside them, i.e. on the ground or roof of another building, e.g. utility building, garage, etc.5. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order and general requirements for the performance and implementation of the order is included in the Functional and Practical Programme attached as Appendix No. 9 to the To the ToR. In justified cases (e.g. when one of the users resigns from participating in the project), it is allowed to change the location of the planned installation location or completely resigns from the installation.
