Description

The order includes: Preparation of technical documentation for installation, commissioning and connection of solar collectors in residential buildings; preparation of technical documentation for installation, commissioning and connection of photovoltaic panels for residential buildings.Before drawing up the documentation, the Contractor shall: - conduct an inspection of the property, an interview with the property owner and draw up a memorandum of understanding, - assess the technical conditions for each location of solar collectors and photovoltaic panels, - submit to the Contracting Authority for approval the proposed technical solutions together with minimum operating parameters, - determine the location of solar collectors and photovoltaic panels installations together with the place of incorporation into internal installations: obtain detailed information from the real estate owner necessary to properly design the documentation, - train users on the principles of proper operation of solar and photovoltaic collector systems, including the preparation of operating manuals and their transfer to users, - supply and installation of photovoltaic system elements, solar panels on residential and commercial buildings, on land, taking into account the result indicators specified in the application for co-financing.Under the contract, the contractor is obliged to obtain, on behalf of the ordering party, if necessary, all necessary decisions, agreements, permits and opinions aimed at proper preparation of documentation. Delivery of individual components of photovoltaic systems, solar panels. 2.installation of photovoltaic modules - total number of photovoltaic installations is 108 pieces,- installation of solar panels:The total number of solar collector installations is 74 pieces.Other works and works necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract, including but not limited to: - marking, insurance and securing the seized construction site for the duration of the works, - organization of construction facilities, - organization of accesses and accesses to the property during the works, - execution of full as-built documentation with changes made during the works in paper form, - current removal of unusable materials from the construction site, - execution of technical infrastructure repair works, whose technical condition has deteriorated as a result of the works, including replacement works.
