Description

The contract includes: a). development of technical documentation for the installation, commissioning and connection of solar collectors in residential buildings; b). development of technical documentation for the installation, commissioning and connection of photovoltaic panels for residential buildings; c). before preparing the documentation, the contractor: - will conduct a vision of the property, as well as an interview with the owner of the property and draft a memorandum of understanding, - will assess the technical conditions for each location of solar collector and photovoltaic panels installation, - will submit to the ordering party for approval the proposed technical solutions with minimum operating parameters, - will determine the location of solar collectors and photovoltaic panels installation together with the place of incorporation into internal installations: water central heating, hot water and electric building, - will obtain the approval of the owner of the property with regard to the location of installation of the installations in question;d). training the users on the principles of proper operation of solar and photovoltaic collector installations, including the development of operating instructions and their transfer to the users; e). supply and installation of photovoltaic, solar panels on residential and commercial buildings, on the ground, taking into account the result indicators specified in the application for the grant;f). under the contract, the contractor is obliged to obtain on behalf of the ordering party (if necessary) all necessary decisions, agreements, permits, opinions for the proper preparation of documentation; g). Execution of works in accordance with the documentation, in particular: - installation of photovoltaic modules: the total number of photovoltaic installations is 108, - installation of solar panels: the total number of solar collector installations is 74; h). other works and works necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the agreement, including but not limited to: - marking, insurance and protection of the seized construction site for the duration of works, - organization of the construction facilities, - organization of access roads and access roads to the property during the works, - preparation of complete as-built documentation with changes made during the works in paper form, - current removal of useless materials from the construction site, - execution of repair works of technical infrastructure, the technical condition of which has deteriorated as a result of the works, including replacement works.
