Notice of Intent to Award City of CoquitlamNOI No. 24-033         Soil Hauling, Testing and Disposal Notice is hereby given by the City of Coquitlam (“City”) of its intent to single source Soil Hauling, Testing and Disposal to Milestone Environmental Contracting Inc.: The City of Coquitlam has chosen not to call for vendor proposals for the following reason: 
Proximity of existing fill site to the City’s operations Ability of contractor to provide the full range of services required, including, but not limited to: Testing soil and debris for contaminants; Hauling and disposal of any soil with contaminants to a licensed facility Use of any non-contaminated structural fill Vendors who feel they are able to provide the full scope of services within the boundaries of the Tri-Cities region should contact the City.   The City of Coquitlam intends to award a contract in the amount of approximately four hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) CAD per year.Requests are to be submitted via email sent to: bid@coquitlam.ca  Attention: Purchasing Manageron or before 2:00 pm PST on March 28, 2024.
