Description

Part of this framework agreement is the creation of accessible PDF documents or the optimisation of the accessibility of existing PDF documents.
In deviation from II.1.6 of this notice, the present procedure will be divided into three quantity lots with different maximum values per lot, always based on the maximum term of the framework agreement of four years. For technical reasons, a separate award procedure (VV) will be carried out for each of these quantity lots:- Lot 1 (VV1): € 11.6 million net- Lot 2 (VV2): € 8.4 million net- Lot 3 (VV3): € 5.8 million netThere is the possibility of bidding on any number of lots, but the bidder may in principle only be awarded one lot (award limitation pursuant to Section 30 (1) sentence 2 VgV). The awards will be made starting with Lot 1 (VV1), via Lot 2 (VV2) and ending with Lot 3 (VV3) (award sequence). Once the bidder has been awarded a lot, he is no longer eligible for awards in further lots. In addition, his further bids will not be taken into account when determining the most economical bid, including when determining the fluctuation range, in the remaining lots. In deviation from the principle of award limitation explained above, a bidder may also be awarded more than one lot, provided that a lot cannot otherwise be awarded solely on the basis of the award limitation. This also applies, for example, if a bidder has already been awarded a contract and is the only bidder in further lots.The award limitation also applies to a bidder constellation "general contractor and subcontractor". This means, for example, that a company that is awarded the contract for Lot 1 as a general contractor is no longer eligible as a subcontractor of a general contractor that would be awarded the contract for Lot 2. The bid for lot 2 would then no longer be eligible for an award.From this framework agreement (VV3) can be called up to a maximum value of € 5.8 million. The maximum value corresponds to the estimated value.
