Expansion of the functionality of Asseco Poland's HIS InfoMedica/AMMS system under the MSIM program
Development of the functionality of the Asseco Poland's IT system HIS InfoMedica/AMMS under the MSIM program; as described in Annex 1 to the ToR.Scope of work:a) extension of the existing IT system HIS AMMS includes the system expansion and delivery of new licenses with implementation of adaptation to the requirements of electronic medical records in accordance with the CSIOZ recommendations in the HL7 CDA format (developed and published by CSIOZ - Polish National Implementation HL7 CDA), current legal regulations, and full preparation for integration with the P1 platform in terms of prescription, referral, medical event and other documents, as well as related dictionaries and registers necessary for their proper transmission to the central system. The solution described above is to cooperate and fully integrate with the regional platform created within the MSIM project. The solution must ensure the support of communication in the above-mentioned scope. Providing 60 months of author's supervision together with technical service; b) delivery of licenses and implementation of paper documentation archive and providing 60 months of author's supervision together with technical service; c) extension of the functionality of owned licenses within the patient movement in the InfoMedica/AMMS o. system: functionality of wards, electronic notifications, electronic referrals, collection points at wards. Conducting training courses and workplace consultations for the indicated users. Providing 60 months of author's supervision together with technical service; d) Delivery of the licence together with implementation of the medical information module in AMMS in order to provide the patient with access to selected medical documentation via mobile devices. Ensuring 60 months of author's supervision together with technical service; e) extension of the functionality of owned licenses within medical orders in AMMS in order to organize the process of ordering laboratory tests taking into account the point of collection, the collection register of materials in the collection book taking into account a specific date and time, the collection person together with unambiguous identification of particular patient materials in the light of applicable regulations. Providing 60 months of author's supervision together with technical service; f) extending the functionality of the licenses held within the framework of open medical treatment / medical practices in the AMMS system by additional 4 licenses of the occupational medicine module. Providing 60 months of author's supervision together with technical service; g) purchase of the "open" version of the rehabilitation module license in AMMS and providing 60 months of author's supervision together with technical service; h) purchase of one license for the integration interface for communication between AMMS and laboratory analyzer and providing 60 months of author's supervision together with technical service;i) extension of the licenses held within the AMMS diagnostic laboratory to the "open" version and providing 60 months of author's supervision together with technical service; j) delivery of 2 licenses of the Oracle SE 2 database (Processor Perpetual) in 12g or newer version recommended by the manufacturer of the HIS system together with installation, implementation, launch and migration of databases of the HIS system in use to a new hardware platform.A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in the ToR.
