Description

The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly, installation, implementation of software and necessary equipment for the J. Śniadecki Specialist Hospital in Nowy Sącz as part of the "Małopolski System of Medical Information" project.The subject of the order includes 4 tasks: - task no. 1 - delivery and implementation of additional modules for the HIS system in use and delivery of additional licenses for LIS and RIS modules (application software, including EDM software),- task no. 2 - delivery and implementation with installation of new devices (infrastructure for operating the local MSIM layer and infrastructure for operating the IT environment of the therapeutic entity),- task no. 3 - delivery of software (additional system software of the therapeutic entity),- task no. 4 - equipping the server room and additional works (additional server room equipment and communication services).
Task No. 1 - supply and implementation of additional modules for the HIS system in use and supply of additional licenses for LIS and RIS modules (application software, including EDM software) (see ToR for details).The subject of the contract covers:- delivery of additional new licenses for medical software modules used by the Customer, - delivery of licenses for new medical application software modules together with the licenses, - installation and implementation (configuration), preliminary tests of medical application software modules, - conducting training in administration and operation of medical application software modules (medical and technical personnel - IT specialists) at the Customer's premises,- provision of service and technical assistance together with author's supervision for medical application software for all licenses and modules newly purchased under this order, - warranty service, - repair service during the warranty period, - unlimited license for the supplied software, - provision of operating instructions in Polish, - warranty for the supplied goods including proper functioning of the software min. 24 months,- number of hours for the task (installation, implementation and training services) is about 500 hours. Task No. 2 - delivery and implementation with installation of new devices (MSIM local layer support infrastructure and IT environment support infrastructure of the therapeutic entity) The subject of the order includes: - delivery of brand new goods, - delivery, arrangement and installation of ICT infrastructure elements specified in task No. 2, - warranty service, - repair service during the warranty period, - unlimited license for the delivered software, - delivery of user manual in Polish, - warranty for the delivered goods min. 24 months, - training of the Orderer's personnel in the scope of operation (exploitation) at the Orderer's headquarters. Task No. 3 - delivery of software (additional system software of the therapeutic entity).The subject of the order includes: - delivery of additional system software licenses, - installation and implementation of the system software, - training in the administration and operation of the delivered software (technical staff - IT specialists) at the Ordering Party's registered office, - provision of maintenance service and technical assistance for all licenses newly purchased under this order, - delivery of brand new goods, - warranty service, - repair service during the warranty period, - unlimited license for the delivered software, - delivery of operating instructions in Polish, - warranty for the delivered goods, proper functioning of the software min. The number of hours for the task (installation, implementation and training services) is about 30 hours. Task No. 4 - equipping the server room and additional works (additional server room equipment and communication services) (for details see ToR): - delivery of brand new goods, assembly, installation, configuration, - delivery - supply, making an additional link - node connection, - performing works related to refreshing the rooms (server room, IT rooms), - warranty service, - repair service during the warranty period, - delivery of operating instructions in Polish, - warranty for the delivered goods min. 24 months, - training of the Orderer's staff in the field of operation (exploitation) at the Orderer's headquarters.
