Description
The Rooster tool 2.0 should be an off-the-shelf SaaS solution (not bespoke software):- that is able to work with the various rules, such as ATW, personnel regulations PR-19 and PR-7, company regulations BR-47, certifications (= qualifications), pupil/instructor combinations, etc. to take account of each roster group, so that infringement-free rosters can be realised, - which is capable of generating standard and customized reports and of keeping track of the hours of competence from the services run, - which is capable of facilitating a form of 'Self-scheduling', - which is available and can be used on a mobile device.The order consists of the following components: - licences for the use of the Raster tool 2.0 (approx. 700 employees in the scheduling department) and documentation; - setting up, implementing, configuring, (further) developing and managing the Raster tool 2.0,- maintenance, application management and technical management of the Rooster tool 2.0,- further development of the roster tool (new implementation/configuration) based on hourly rate, - Dutch helpdesk/support for the Rooster tool 2.0 with 24/7 availability/service provision, - standardized linking of the Rooster tool 2.0 with existing LVNL systems, - training of LVNL personnel in the use of the Rooster tool 2.0 incl. training material (example: online tutorial and/or training where necessary/desired), - 24/7 continuity assurance (e.g. using SaaS ESCROW), - data from the current roster tool (InPlanning) should, where necessary, be migrated to the new roster tool 2.0. Options:- a 'planning shell' (where possible, possibly in the long term, can be linked to SIM planning, STO, etc.), - a long-term capacity planning module. Everything intended to make 'smarter working' possible,- the LVNL roster groups (technical service, security, company restaurant, etc.) consisting of approximately 150 employees,- adding other roster groups,- expansion of the Rooster tool 2.0,- extra licenses for the Rooster tool 2.0. Duration of the assignment: the agreement to be concluded has an initial term of 4 years with the possibility to extend the agreement 3 times by 2 years. Insofar as options and additional supplies and services have not been discounted during the tender procedure, LVNL will call them in by requesting a quotation on the basis of the agreed conditions (hourly rates, ARBIT May 2018). The envisaged starting date of the agreement is May 2020.
