Description

BIR has external websites based on Umbraco and needs support for development and UX as a consequence of the further development of the websites on bir.no. BIR has an internal intranet based on SharePoint Online. SharePoint Online / SharePoint is based on a standard framework such as Angular, React, etc. We would therefore like support from developers who are familiar with one or more of these frameworks. We have made some extensions, web parts in React / TypeScript / JS that will require maintenance and updates. BIR has also rolled out Teams as an interaction system for all its employees. It will be relevant to develop functionality to integrate Teams with existing systems on the same SharePoint Framework platform. BIR would like new systems to be well-designed and to support business processes and user needs in the best possible way, and needs, thus, expertise in this in some cases. BIR has some self-developed backend systems that must be further developed and maintained. These include some .net Core webapi systems used for integrations. BIR would like to establish a DevOps process that all development projects must follow. We envisage doing this in consultation with suppliers of development services. BIR would like to establish a joint ID system for the group and simplify the customer experience. BIR's aim is to move more and more services closer to the customers/users and to develop scaleable systems that can be used on mobile devices, either through dedicated apps for mobiles or responsive websites that give users a good user experience, also on small screens. BIR has several strategies for automising processes. As the platform is Office 365, it is natural to implement this in available tools such as Microsoft Flow. We therefore require support to implement logic for processes that are identified as relevant for automation. BIR has established a data warehouse that is used by large parts of the entity. We require assistance with the further development of this and required assistance within various areas within the field. BIR has established an Entity Architecture group that uses TOGAF 9 as the process foundation in order to ensure that future development follows the strategies that the group has chosen. This includes support for the project processes, strengthening the orderer role on the business side and close cooperation with the IT department for the evaluation of systems. The group consists of members from both the business side and IT/Digitalisation. This group would like contributions from an external resource with the role of system architect. BIR would like to have a strategy of moving more functionality from on-premises to Azure over time. Individual services have been stored in Azure Functions in order to have administrative assignments on Office 365. In addition we are in the process of establishing a virtual network that will enable us to move server resources to Azure from on-premises. Development and architecture in the Azure economic system. Technologies that are currently used: SCRUM, Agile, Prince2, LeanBIR currently has internal project managers, but can, in some cases, require more capacity. BIR uses Jitterbit as an integration platform for some areas and requires support for integrations. Parts of the BIR group use SalesForce as the CRM platform. There is a need for competence in the operation and configuration of Intune and other services under the Azure/Microsoft 365 portfolio.SharePoint Online has been chosen as the intranet system, and it is also the storage system for all work documents, together with Teams and OneDrive. BIR would like support for the administration, architecture, advice and development of this platform. BIR uses VMWare 6.5. There is a need for sporadic assistance with major configuration changes. BIR uses Citrix Xenapp. There is a need for sporadic assistance for major configuration changes. BIR has two customer centres based on Trio Enterprise. BIR requires consultancy support for the system. BIR uses HP Enterprise and Cisco network components. The network environment will be migrated to Cisco. Consultancy assistance is required for design, implementation and troubleshooting. BIR uses Juniper SRX as a firewall. There is a need for consultancy services for major changes and upgrades to firewalls.
