Description
The objective of this tender is the need of the schools to optimally fulfil the Multi Vendor Management per individual school. The user groups are: students, employees (including external parties) and guests.
Under Multi Vendor Management for ZAAM the following is included in this tender:
- Print management (follow-me/scan management/registration and checkout printing (print and copy), printing from BYOD.
- Payment management (upgrading, managing balances and euros, downgrading, mini-payments).
- Card management (student cards, Mifare cards, apps, public transport card, tags)
- Vendor management (links with hot and cold drinks, doors, elevators, lockers, cash registers, book lending, parking, food & beverage).
- Identification management (identifying employees, students (e.g. in examinations) and guests.
- AO-management (taking care of the entire administrative handling of the above components).
