The subject of the contract are services related to winter road maintenance in the streets of the city of Opole in the period from the date of signing the contract to 30 April 2022.The scope of the contract includes: - clearing of snow in the streets, - elimination of slippery areas in the streets, - cleaning of the road in the area of snow, ice, slush mud, - purchase of materials (sand, salt, sodium chloride, calcium chloride), - preparation of a mixture of sand with salt and brine, sodium chloride with calcium chloride, - loading of material on the means of transport, - running the Central Dispatcher's Point of the "Winter" action.The scope of services provided concerning winter road cleaning in the streets of the city of Opole will depend on the weather conditions and financial resources available. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the appendices to the ToR. The Ordering Party, after the tender is resolved and the contract for the above task is signed, on the basis of the full list of streets I and II of the order of clearing the snow, will establish with the Contractor the snow clearing routes valid during the term of this contract. Works under the contract (City Cleaning in the scope: "Winter cleaning of road surface in the streets of Opole): The Ordering Party will provide every Monday till 11 a.m. after receiving meteograms and will cover the period from Tuesday to Monday (7 consecutive days) and will include the following components: O Number of vehicles to be deburred or sprinkled with snowO Number of employees necessary to operate the vehicles and equipmentO Type of measures necessary for removal of pigeons, slippery and snow depending on weather conditions.Every day by 11.00 a.m., the Orderer will verify the scope of 7-day orders (number and type of vehicles and equipment, number of employees) based on possible changes in weather conditions contained in daily meteograms. Therefore, the equipment at the disposal of the Contractor should be prepared to such an extent that it meets the requirements of proper performance of services and can perform the order within a maximum of 1 hour from the moment when it is necessary to take up the action. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is included in Annex 1b - Description of the subject matter of the order with a template of the Winter Action Plan 2020-2022, and Annex 1c - List of streets, as well as provisions of the agreement with annexes.NOTE:1) During the performance of the order, the Contracting Authority shall be entitled to perform control activities with respect to the Contractor with respect to compliance by the Contractor, subcontractor and further subcontractor with the requirement of employment under the employment contract. The Awarding Entity's rights are specified in detail in the contract.2) The Awarding Entity requires the Contractor, subcontractors and further subcontractors to employ, on the basis of the employment contract, within the scope and period of the contract performance, persons performing activities within the scope and period of the contract performance, if the performance of such activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws 2020, item 1040, i.e. as amended).The Contractor, subcontractor and further subcontractors are required to employ, on the basis of the employment contract, within the scope and period of the contract performance, persons performing the following activities: a. Managing winter cleaning of road surface in the streets of Opole,b. Performance of works consisting in winter cleaning of road surface on the streets of the city of Opole,c.
