Description: The OH de l'Outaouais manages a housing stock of more than 3,000 units and solicits bids for snow removal services at various addresses.
Interested persons and companies will be able to obtain the bid documents as of August 21, 2019 from the Electronic Tendering Service (OTS), by contacting one of the representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or by visiting their website: www.seao.ca. Documents can be obtained at a cost determined by the OACS.
Conditions :
- Only bids from bidders having their principal place of business in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by that agreement and who hold the licence required under the Building Act, are considered for contract award purposes.
- The bidder must file with its bid a certificate issued by Revenu Québec relating to its tax obligations: it must not have been issued more than 90 days before the deadline for receipt of bids, nor after that date.
- Bids must be prepared on the forms provided in the bid documents.
- Bids must be accompanied by a bid security. It must be valid for forty-five (45) days from the date set for the submission of bids. This warranty may be in the form of:
- a bid bond representing ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid excluding all applicable taxes, using the form (section 00320 of the general conditions) or issued by a company legally authorized to act as guarantor, or
- a certified cheque, money order, bank draft, irrevocable letter of guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the bid amount.
- Bidders are responsible for selecting subcontractors, both for their creditworthiness and the content of their bids; and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licences.
Submission of bids:
Bids will be received until 9:30 a.m. local time in effect, Friday, September 13, 2019, to be publicly opened at our offices at 227-A, chemin de la Savane in Gatineau, on the same day and at the same time.

Bidders wishing to receive information or clarification regarding the call for tenders must do so in writing, no later than one (1) week before the opening of the tenders, by contacting the following person and mentioning the title of the call for tenders: 2019-S-12: Snow removal on the ground.
