Marine Atlantic has the requirement for snow removal in North Sydney, NS. The contractor must supply labour, material and equipment to provide snow clearing, snow remoal and ice control at Marine Atlantic Inc. This will provide a safe and unobstructed surface to pedestrian and vehicular traffic and access to services provided on MAI property.

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority, linda.k.richard@pwgsc.gc.ca, no later than July 20, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.. to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority, linda.k.richard@pwgsc.gc.ca, no later than five (5) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
