The Office municipal d'habitation de Sherbrooke and Le Parallèle de l'habitation social Inc. are requesting bids for grounds maintenance (snow removal from parking lots and walkways) for the years 2023-2024.
CONDITION: Only contractors specializing in this type of work with an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by that agreement, are eligible to bid.

OBTAINING DOCUMENTS: Plans, specifications, contract documents and other information may be obtained from the SEAO electronic tendering service at the following address http//www.seao.ca. Documents may be obtained according to the price list in effect at the time of document request.
A site visit is recommended.
TENDER CLOSING: Tenders in sealed envelopes will be received at the office of the owner/manager, 22 William-Ives Street, Suite 100, Sherbrooke, QC J1E 2C2 until 11:00 a.m., local time, Tuesday, October 24, 2023 , to be publicly opened the same day and time (unless otherwise notified by Public Health).
