Submission of bids: No later than July 18, 2019 at 10:30 a.m., the closing date and time of the call for tenders.

Quebec City, Quebec G1N 3E7. Our offices are open from 8:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from
1:15 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Quebec City requires a bid for the project mentioned in title. The documents
are available through SEAO (http://www.seao.ca) or at 1 866 669-
7326. Obtaining documents is subject to the fees of this organization.
The Supply Operations Department will open bids on the date and at the time of the opening of the contract.
at the time mentioned above.
Financial guarantees and other requirements may be specified in the documents
of a call for tenders.
Unless otherwise specified, this call for tenders is subject to the Free Trade Agreement
(ALEC) and where applicable to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the
Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Government Procurement of Quebec and Ontario
New Brunswick (NBQA) and the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement between Canada and New Brunswick (CETA)
the European Union (EYCS).
The City shall not be liable for any written notices or documents whatsoever
conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain some error or
omission whatsoever. Consequently, before submitting a bid, each bidder must ensure that
bid, to obtain all documents related to this call for tenders.
