Canada - Snow removal and winter maintenance of the road network 2025

The Municipality of the Township of Valcourt requests tenders for :

A CONTRACT FOR SNOW REMOVAL AND WINTER MAINTENANCE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF VALCOURT'S ROAD NETWORK

Purpose of the contract: The Municipalité du Canton de Valcourt wishes to obtain the services of a company for the snow removal and winter maintenance of the Municipality's road network, including all the work described in Part 9 "Technical Specifications". The total length of roads covered by this contract is approximately 48.91 kilometers.

Tender opening date: Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 10 a.m.

Tender location: 5583, chemin de l'Aéroport, Valcourt (Québec) J0E 2L0

Tenderers must obtain tender documents from the SÉAO website. Fees are set according to the rates established by SÉAO.

A $10,000 bid security must accompany the bid.

The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines all liability to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipality's Council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
