The subject of the contract is: Supply and deletion of license plates for the City of Katowice Traffic Licensing Department for the year 2024.
Within the scope of the order, the Contractor shall deliver the following types of plates:1.ordinary car plates 29 500kpl. 2.ordinary reduced plates 100 kpl.3.ordinary motorcycle and tractor plates 1500 pcs. 4.Ordinary motorcycle plates 100 pcs. 5.Ordinary trailer plates 1300 pcs.6.Temporary car plates 400 kpl. 7.Temporary motorcycle and tractor plates 30 pcs. 8.temporary moped plates 30 pcs. 9.temporary plates for trailers 30 pcs.10.antique car plates 50 kpl.11.antique motorcycle, tractor plates 50 pcs. 12.antique moped plates 50 pcs. 13.individual car plates 350 kpl. 14.individual motorcycle, tractor plates 50 pcs. 15.professional car plates 50 kpl. 16.professional motorcycle plates 10 pcs.17.professional moped plates 10 pcs. 18.Boards for electric vehicles 700 kpl. 19.Boards for electric vehicles reduced 50 kpl. 20.Boards for electric vehicles motorcycles 20 pcs. 21.plates for electric motorcycles 20 pcs. 22.duplicate and additional trunk plates 3400 pcs.Requirements for license plates:1.Technical requirements (structural, material, technological, quality), design, colors, registration number creation algorithm, and other conditions to be met by license plates are specified in the Decree of the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction of August 31, 2022 on the registration and marking of vehicles and requirements for license plates (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1847, as amended) in the Decree of the Minister of Infrastructure of March 12, 2019. on professional registration of vehicles, applied markings and fees related to professional registration (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 547, as amended) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of May 2, 2012 on the conditions for production and distribution of registration plates and legalization marks (Journal of Laws 2022, item 1885, as amended).2. Under the contract, the Contractor shall be bound by all regulations in the subject area, taking into account any changes in the regulations that may occur during the term of the contract.Details of delivery and cancellation of plates:- The Contractor undertakes to deliver orders for serial plates within 5 working days from the date of ordering,- The Contractor will receive each time with the order a list of given letter and digital distinctions of ordered plates,- deliveries will be carried out in batches in accordance with orders placed / in the form of packages of 50 units./- secondary and additional plates for the trunk, in accordance with the order, will be delivered twice a week, on mutually agreed dates, and in exceptional cases will be delivered within one day;- collection of plates should be carried out a minimum of twice a month /on mutually agreed dates/, during working hours of the office, on the basis of a take-over protocol, and the manner of their deletion should be in accordance with applicable regulations in this regard,- to store plates intended for deletion, the Contractor shall provide baskets/containers in an amount adapted to the needs of the client /min. 16 pcs./- The cost of delivery and cancellation of the plates will be covered by the Contractor of the plates.- The plates should be delivered to the Department of Traffic Authorizations in Katowice, 70 Francuska StreetIn accordance with the Law of January 11, 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels, Article 68(3), the contracting entity should ensure the total share of electric vehicles or natural gas-powered vehicles in the fleet of motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2(33) of the Law of June 20, 1997. - Traffic Law, used in the performance of this task of at least 10%.
