Description

The subject of the contract is the design and construction in the area of Nowizna and Dzierżoniów of approx. 4.4 km of the sanitary sewage system in a gravity-pressure system, together with the construction of a sewage pumping station.
The subject of the contract is designing and building about 4,4 km of sanitary sewage system, including:1. in gravity-pressure system, together with construction of sewage pumping station, about 4,2 km long, in the area of Nowizna, from the bridge over the Piława river at Mostowa street to the border with Dzierżoniów (area outside the Dzierżoniów Agglomeration);2. in pressure system, about 4,2 km long, in the area of Nowizna. 2. in a pressure system with a length of approx. 0.2 km, in the area of Dzierżoniów from the border of the town of Dzierżoniów to the sewage treatment plant in Dzierżoniów (area of the Dzierżoniów Agglomeration). New recipients of sewage services from a part of Nowizna - the properties located along the main sewage collector - will be included in the newly built sanitary sewage system. The scope of the contract includes in particular:1) development of multi-discipline design documentation, including construction designs (including technical designs) and detailed designs, in all required branches, together with obtaining a building permit/notification of construction works, development of other design documentation - separately for each of the above mentioned fields, carrying out measurement tests and obtaining technical conditions for connection to the distribution network and permits necessary for start-up of the sewage pumping station (operating instructions, operating cooperation instructions, etc.);2) construction of a gravitational and pressure sanitary sewage system of total length of approx. 4.4 km;3) construction of a network sewage pumping station with sewage crushing equipment;4) start-up of a sewage pumping station, training courses;5) preparation of sets of documents constituting attachments to the notification of completion of construction works or the application for a permit for use to the construction supervision authorities (separately for each of the above mentioned works). c) as-built inventory, including in particular:a) declaration of the site manager;b) necessary test and inspection protocols (including soil compaction tests, leakage tests);c) as-built inventory, together with the information of the surveyor concerning the conformity of the building object with the land or area development project;d) copies of drawings included in the approved building design with the changes made and supplemented with a description (required in the case of minor changes in relation to the approved design or conditions of the building permit).Note: The above mentioned scopes, both at the stage of development of design documentation, execution and settlement of works should be treated separately.
