Poland - Sewage treatment plant construction work

Description

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the task entitled "Modernisation and extension of the sewage treatment plant in Lubliniec, including the extension of the sedimentary part". The project involves the modernisation of the existing sewage treatment plant facilities and the construction of new ones related to sedimentary management and includes, among others:- construction of a container drainage station, - modernisation of the grating building, combined with the purchase of a pre-grating, a second basic grating and equipment for transporting, rinsing and draining the grating and a separate grating storage facility, - modernisation of the pumping station, replacement of pumps, - construction of a double sandbox with the introduction of sand rinsing in a new separator, - modernisation of the biological stage - renovation of existing reinforced concrete structures, reconstruction of the chambers with the introduction of a new mixing system, replacement of internal recirculation pumps and aeration control system, - addition of equipment to blower stations, - construction of a coagulant storage and dosing station, process water system (treated sewage), - repair and protection of secondary settling tanks and equipment, - renovation of the existing sludge pumping station, installation of new pumps, - construction of a new mechanical thickening system for excessive sludge, - construction of anaerobic stabilisation system for sludge,- construction of a boiler house equipped with two water boilers with a reserve space for a cogeneration unit, - construction of a system for reception, purification, storage and processing of biogas, consisting of a biogas network with automatic steam traps, desulphurisation plant, biogas tank and torch,- reconstruction of one of the existing open fermentation basins (change of function to a storage tank for fermented sludge), - construction of sludge dewatering facilities, - installation of a transport and liming system (including a lime silo) for dewatered sludge,- construction of a dewatered sludge collection node, - construction of an air biofiltration system, one OBF, dewatering presses, screenings containers, sand, - construction of a new control system, - construction of new technological connections, - adaptation of the communication system of the sewage treatment plant in Lubliniec, after its modernization (expansion and reconstruction) will operate the entire sewage network of the agglomeration of Lubliniec and sewage delivered by the sludge collection fleet. The project must ensure that the quality of treated wastewater discharged from the sewage treatment plant in Lubliniec to the receiver is at least compliant (or better) with the relevant regulations in force.The subject of the investment includes dismantling and construction of new facilities and modernization (reconstruction and extension) of existing facilities with delivery of all necessary equipment. Target quantity and quality of sewage For the target load of the sewage treatment plant RLM will amount to 32 500.flow parameters:- Average daily sewage flow 7 500 m3/d- Maximum hourly sewage flow 1 050 m3/h- Maximum hourly sewage flow 625 m3/h
