The subject matter of the contract is to collect, transport and manage all types of municipal waste from owners of residential properties in the Municipality of Ropczyce, in the period from January 01, 2024 to December 31, 2024, in a manner ensuring the achievement of the appropriate levels: preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Law on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the Law on Waste, and in accordance with the Regulations on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Ropczyce in force to the extent relating to the contract and not inconsistent with the current wording of the Law on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities.
1. The subject of the contract is to collect, transport and manage all types of municipal waste from owners of residential properties in the Municipality of Ropczyce, in the period from January 01, 2024 to December 31, 2024, in a manner that ensures the achievement of the appropriate levels: preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Law on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the Law on Waste, and in accordance with the Regulations on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Ropczyce in force in the scope relating to the order and not inconsistent with the current wording of the Law on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities. The subject of the order covers 5689 properties, including 5607 in the area of single-family housing and homesteads and multi-family housing outside the city (referred to as "MN, MR") and 82 in the area of multi-family housing within the city of Ropczyce (referred to as "MW"), specified in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ - draft agreement.2. Based on the amount of municipal waste collected in the Municipality of Ropczyce in previous periods, the weights of individual types of municipal waste, during the period of execution of the contract, are estimated as follows:1/ Collection, transportation and management of municipal waste excluding waste from PSZOK:(a) paper (including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste)- 116 Mg,b) metals, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste- 470 Mg,c) glass- 400 Mg,d) bio-waste (bio)- 70 Mg,e) cold ash- 60 Mg,f) non-segregated (mixed)- 2805 Mg.2/ Collection, transportation and management of municipal waste from PSZOK;(a) paper (including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste)- 11 Mg,b) metals, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste- 18 Mg,c) glass- 11 Mg, d) bio-waste, not excluding plant parts from the care of green spaces, gardens and home parks- 95 Mg, e) cold ash- 85 Mg,f) used tires- 45 Mg, g) bulky waste- 135 Mg,h) construction and demolition waste- 105 Mg,i) used batteries and accumulators- 0.1 Mg,j) used electrical and electronic equipment- 21 Mg,k) expired medicines- 0.2 Mg,l) non-medical waste, which is generated in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, especially needles and syringes- 0.1 Mg,m) municipal waste oils and waste liquid fuels without edible oils- 0.1 Mg,n) paints and paint packaging- 0.1 Mg,o) clothing, textiles- 0.1 Mg.3The amount of waste specified in item 2 is an estimated value determined on the basis of the amount of municipal waste collected in the Municipality of Ropczyce in previous periods. The Ordering Party reserves the right to decrease or increase the amount of collected and managed waste relative to the amount specified in pt. 2, resulting from the actual amount of waste collected and managed. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claim for a decrease in the amount of waste specified in pt. 2. Any change in the estimated quantity specified in pt. 2 will not result in additional costs for the Ordering Party, except for settlement for the actual quantity of collected and managed waste according to the unit prices specified in the contract. The occurrence of the circumstances referred to will result in a corresponding decrease or increase in the remuneration payable to the Contractor under the Agreement.4. A detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
