Description

The holder shall in particular provide the following services:- provision of empty containers, in good condition and in sufficient quantity for the needs of the waste collection centre and each hazardous waste stream. These containers must comply with ADR regulations,- removal of containers when they are full and systematic replacement by a vacuum,- removal of waste,- double weighing of the load on an approved weighing bridge and updated with its controls,- evacuation and transport of this waste to the transfer and/or treatment unit,- unloading, recovery and/or disposal of the waste, if applicable,- sorting of non-conforming waste and taking charge of it,- handing over to Trivalis weighing tickets justifying the quantities invoiced, a waste monitoring form (BSD, BSDI, BSDA, etc.) and a copy of the invoice.) correctly completed, for the waste concerned by this type of document,- delivery to the waste agent of an intervention form (in particular for the collection but also for the settlement of the boxes) or, in its absence, delivery to the letterbox,- transmission within the time limits set for the monthly and annual reports,- provision of proof of waste treatment in the appropriate channels (BSDI for example).
