Description

As of 1.1.2021, the city of Hattingen requires a security service for a refugee accommodation and a homeless accommodation for the operation of the accommodation as well as for the security of the persons accommodated there and the respective employees present 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Both objects must be secured adjacent to each other and at the same time. The service is provided in accordance with EU Directive 2014/24 EU.
The Accommodation Facility for Fugitives Werksstr. 32-38 is a municipal accommodation facility of the city of Hattingen, in which on the one hand refugees seeking asylum and on the other hand those whose asylum proceedings have already been concluded are accommodated for residential purposes.The accommodation is in 4 two-storey container complexes, the associated property is fenced in and accessible from the works road as well as from Henrichs-Allee (access RTW, KTW, garbage, other cars etc.) The accommodation capacity is 140 places. As of March 2020, the accommodation is almost fully occupied and the accommodation facility for homeless people at Werksstr. 40 is also run by the local authority. The single-storey building is located directly adjacent to the accommodation facility for refugees, is fenced in and, like the refugee accommodation, is accessible from the Werksstr. 32-38.
