Description

The following must be provided: Accommodation and a training room for participants in further education courses provided by the NRW tax authorities in accordance with the service description and specified schedule. The required quantities and quality requirements result from the detailed service description. There is a demand for overnight accommodation, training rooms and accompanying services such as breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Due to an increased need for further training in 2021, it is necessary for the North Rhine-Westphalian tax authorities to rent training room and accommodation capacities in North Rhine-Westphalia. Since the participants belong to the NRW State Financial Administration and regularly reside in NRW, travel times and possible travel costs must be limited. The corresponding premises must therefore be accessible by public transport from the main railway stations in Dortmund, Düsseldorf and Cologne in a maximum of 3 1/2 hours. The scope of the required service includes the provision of rooms (accommodation and training rooms), the provision of meals and a standard hotel service to look after the guests (e.g. reception, assistance in personal and seminar-related matters, WLAN). In addition, the possibility of childcare must be provided as required.
