Description

The planning of the retention area Weil-Breisach, section IV, is part of the overall measures along the Upper Rhine to restore the former flood safety. The planned retention area Weil-Breisach extends on the right bank of the Rhine from the mouth of the Kander near Märkt, Rhine km 175.3 to the mouth of the Karpfenhod south of Breisach, Rhine km 218.8. The planned retention area is 43.5 km long, is located in 2 districts and seven municipalities. The retention area is divided into 4 planning or construction phases. Section IV is the subject of the VgV procedure: Lowering of the sub-areas 14 a/b as well as fording solution in the area of the previously planned sub-areas 15-18, from the NATO ramp near Grißheim to the Karpfenhod estuary south of Breisach, district Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald, Rhine km 206.6 to 218.8.
Planning and development of terrain adjustments and structures within the lowering areas TF14 a and b under consideration of an optimal flow through the area Tendered scope of services Lot 1:- Object planning of engineering structures according to the scope of services in § 43 HOAI from basic evaluation (phase 1) to approval planning (phase 4),- Specialist planning of traffic facilities according to the scope of services in § 47 HOAI from basic evaluation (phase 1) to approval planning (phase 4). Planning and development of terrain adaptations and structures within the ford solution under consideration of an optimal flow through the area Tendered scope of services Lot 2: - Object planning of engineering structures according to the scope of services in § 43 HOAI from basic evaluation (phase 1) to approval planning (phase 4),- Specialist planning of traffic facilities according to the scope of services in § 47 HOAI from basic evaluation (phase 1) to approval planning (phase 4).
