Description
The plant technology installed in the indoor swimming pool originates mainly from the construction period of the swimming pool and has a considerable need for technical renovation. In the field of plant engineering, 6 large ventilation systems (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a and 3b), the ozone system and the hot water preparation were already refurbished as individual system components out of a total of 16 ventilation systems and planned for later connection to a new measurement and control technology. The following technical system components will be renewed as part of the technical renovation: a) Ventilation system (7, 8, 10 and 11) and necessary relocation of the heat distribution in connection with the renovation; b) Measuring and control technology; c) Switch cabinets and cable routes (low-voltage main distribution); d) Safety lighting in the entire building. Simultaneous execution of the above measures is required. The refurbishment is to take place in 2021 and be completed by the beginning of 2022 at the latest. The break in operation required for the technical refurbishment of the indoor swimming pool is 6 months, the total construction period is 11 months. The closing time of the indoor pool required for the technical renovation must take place during the opening of the outdoor pool (May to August). The cost framework for the technical renovation measure comprises approx. EUR 3 million net including ancillary construction costs. EU funding is being applied for. Due to the difficult accessibility only a small delivery of plant parts is possible. For the planning and execution of the renovation of the low-voltage main distribution and safety lighting of the indoor swimming pool in the Sindelfingen bathing centre, an engineering office for the technical planning TGA Elektro in accordance with §§53, 55 HOAI ALG 4, work phases 1,3,5-9, is being sought. The planners should offer performance percentages for the review and integration of the existing design planning. The audit plans of the executing companies are to be incorporated into 3D-capable documentation by the offering offices. Maintenance items should also be offered. Switch cabinets and cable routes (low-voltage main distribution): In the Sindelfingen bathing centre, there is an old low-voltage main distribution board (NSHV) in the basement (technical level) of the indoor pool, some of which is referred to as a network replacement and is supplied by an existing unit in the event of a network failure. The NSHV is supplied according to the inventory documents by 2 supply lines, according to the inscription from transformer 1 and transformer 2. On the basis of a schematic plan, the Stadtwerke Sindelfingen, the NSHV is supplied by a single outlet from another low-voltage main distribution board, which at the same time supplies the outdoor swimming pool and other consumers and is fed by the CHP and the transformers 1 and 2. The low-voltage main distribution of the indoor swimming pool (general and network replacement) is to be renewed. Emergency lighting: In the basement of the indoor swimming pool there is a 6-year-old emergency lighting centre in the NSHV room. The corresponding battery system is also 6 years old and is located on the same floor. Both systems will continue to be used. The existing plant supplies old emergency lights operated with light bulbs and old backlit pictogram signs. During a fire prevention inspection, the defects found were recorded and possible solutions defined in consultation with the building law office and the district administration office. These look like the following here: Renewal and extension of the safety, escape and escape route lighting and installation of fire protection cabling to reduce the fire load in the escape route area. It is planned to install new emergency luminaires and escape route pictograms in the floors UG to OG. The capacity of the existing battery system will be sufficient for new LED emergency luminaires and pictograms throughout the building.
