Description

The order comprises the services of the technical planning (service profile structural design) according to § 51 HOAI as well as certain special services (LPH 1-5) for the new construction of the ward block (modular building) at the district hospital Reutlingen.
The Kreiskliniken Reutlingen GmbH is planning the construction of a new ward block as a modular building on the premises of the district hospital in Reutlingen, which is to be connected to the existing building with a passage that can be accessed by the fire department.The space requirement for the new building as a modular ward block comprises a size of approximately 80 beds. With an optimal ward size of 40 beds per ward, this results in two wards or two levels.The bed building is not intended to have any special medical functional areas. Based on the required rooms and room sizes and depending on the additional space required for technical equipment, a floor area of approx. 1,400m² to 1,500m² is required, which can probably be realized in the possible construction area.Under the aspect of sustainability, alternative or further forms of use should also be examined for the modular bed construction (after-use concept / deconstruction concept).Also, a possible increase in height for future and maximum flexibility by up to two additional floors should be considered.The goal is to review the capacities at the Reutlingen clinic location and to expand the demand. The construction work is to be awarded in total as a package to a general contractor.Costs have been determined in advance for the new construction of the ward block (modular building). These amount to approx. 20.00 million EUR (gross) for all measures. The calculated total costs include the costs of the cost groups 200 to 700 according to DIN 276.The subject of the present invitation to tender are the services of the technical planning (service profile structural design) according to § 51 HOAI as well as certain special services (LPH 1-5).
