Description

The district of Recklinghausen intends to award planning services (technical building equipment) for a new road traffic office in Recklinghausen. In order to provide interested parties with uniform information on the project, a brief information sheet on the project, the key performance points of the tendered service and the handling of the award procedure in accordance with the VgV is available for downloading from the award platform "Vergabemarktplatz NRW - Vergabesatellit Metropole Ruhr" under the project access of this award procedure (cf. Section I.3). The brief information is also accompanied by forms for the application to participate, which must be used by the applicants in the course of the tender procedure. After completion of the bidding competition, the applicants selected in the bidding competition will be provided with a detailed task description.
The district of Recklinghausen intends to award planning services for a new road traffic office in Recklinghausen.The following planning services are to be awarded within the scope of the present procedure:- Specialist planning services for the technical building equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI:- Service phases 1 to 9 (plant groups 1 to 8)- Special services for the technical building equipment:- Participation in requirements planning- Preparation of the technical part of a room book (LPH 2, incl. updating within the scope of further planning)- Preparation of the technical part of a room book (LPH 2, incl. updating within the scope of further planning).Note: The other necessary object and technical planning services (building and structural planning) will be awarded within the framework of a separate award procedure. The award of the services to be provided will take place in stages (stage 1: basic determination and preliminary planning).
