VgV procedure 'General renovation with partial replacement of the state vocational school Waldkirchen'; services of the object planning of outdoor facilities according to § 39 HOAI and object planning of traffic facilities according to § 45 HOAI - work phases 3-9It is planned to commission the services in stages (stages LPH 3+4, LPH 5-7, LPH 8+9) and in sections.For reasons of space, the award criteria are only presented in condensed form in the text of the announcement; the complete award criteria with sub-items can be found in the tender documents, which are available free of charge and without restriction. In stage 2 of the procedure, a declaration of consent is required to shorten the period for submission of bids to 14 calendar days in accordance with Section 17 (7) VgV.
The entire complex has been divided into components for better understanding and handling. The previous basic structure of the Waldkirchen Vocational School, which was heavily fissured by free-standing, rearranged extension buildings, must essentially be retained in its basic form. Through a new building arranged before use (components 3+4), the space deficit in specialist rooms with workshops and ancillary rooms can be covered. With component 5, the space deficit of the FOS/BOS as well as the specialist area "economics" is eliminated by a further new building. The existing parts of the Waldkirchen vocational school are connected to the centrally located new building. Due to the orientation within the building along a longitudinal axis, the internal structure remains unchanged. The additional space required for the teachers' and administration areas can be provided in building section 3. The contact point of the administration will again be located in a central position in the entrance area, the teachers' areas will remain assigned to the future administration area. On level 1, component 1 houses rooms of the KPZ, specialist rooms of the building and wood department as well as technology and basement rooms. On level 2 there are changing rooms, washrooms and toilets. On level 2 there are rooms for the roofing department, the automotive department and the metal department. On level 3 are the motor vehicle area, administration, assembly hall with refectory and the science rooms of the vocational school. Rooms of the vocational school. Levels 4 and 5 are exclusively used for classrooms. The vocational school centre is located on the access road "Freyunger Straße", which in turn is well connected to the main road "Bahnhofstraße". From a large-scale point of view, the vocational school centre is located close to the district "Bannholz". The creation of a new main access road will considerably improve the concerns of fire protection as well as goods and passenger traffic. In the immediate vicinity of the vocational school, there is the roofers' dormitory, an important facility that is closely linked to the vocational school. The school has a bus stop, but the central bus station is 450 m away from the location of the vocational school. The branched network of entrances and exits provides inadequate waiting or parking facilities, especially for bus traffic, in front of the most heavily frequented area. In conjunction with the school/sports hall building concept, an inviting waiting and meeting zone can be created that can handle the sometimes high volume of pupils. Due to the height-related staggering of the buildings and the two-dimensional expansion, a total of 5 main stair cores are distributed throughout the building complex. Staircase core 2 (structural timber level (level 1)/metal level (level 2)/administration assembly hall (level 3)) and staircase core 4 (administration assembly hall (level 3)/FOS-BOS (level 4)/classrooms (level 5)) connect all floors in conjunction with level 3. Therefore, elevators are attached to these staircases. In the vicinity of these stair cores 2 and 4, corresponding barrier-free sanitary facilities are sensibly attached. Due to the different and varied rooms or workshops, various room sizes and heights are required. Especially on levels 1 and 2, high rooms are required due to the workshops, while usual floor heights have to be applied for the classical "school rooms" as well as for the administration. The motor vehicle hall is planned as a hall construction open to the top.The division of the construction phases has changed in the meantime - see project documents.The first construction phase incl. outdoor facilities has already been realised. The remaining outdoor facilities will be successively constructed within the scope of construction phases 2-5.
