Project planning according to HOAI Part 3, § 34 (Annex 10), work phases 2 to 9, for conversion and extension of the functional wing, endoscopy and ITS, execution during ongoing hospital operation, implementation of the Sana construction and operating principles. The Client intends to commission the Contractor initially with planning stage I, service phase 2 (preliminary planning) upon conclusion of the contract. (The results of planning stage I, basic evaluation, and parts of planning stage II, design planning and approval planning, are already available). Further possible commissioning stages arePlanning stage II, consisting of phases 3 and 4 (design and approval planning)Planning stage III (consisting of phases 5 and 6 (implementation planning and preparation for awarding the contract)Planning stage IV, consisting of phases 7 and 8 (cooperation in awarding the contract and site supervision)Planning stage V, consisting of phase 9 (site supervision)The commissioning of individual services, sub-projects or partial services from these is reserved for the client (free option). The Contractor shall have no claim to the commissioning of further stages or service phases, sub-projects or (partial) services beyond planning stage I. The Contractor shall be entitled to the commissioning of individual services, sub-projects or partial services therefrom (free option). As of November 2021, a gross budget of €6.9 million is planned for the overall construction project, which consists of three subprojects (1. remodeling and expansion of the functional wing, endoscopy and intensive care, 2. renewal of the AV/SV/NEA power supply, 3. comprehensive fire alarm system including fire alarm control center and fire department access point). Of this, a gross € 3,533,000.00 will be spent on the remodeling and expansion of the functional wing, endoscopy and intensive care. Due to the current increases in construction prices, total gross costs of €7.9 million are expected. The share for the reconstruction and extension of the functional wing, endoscopy and intensive care is expected to be approx. 4,063,000.00 € gross. The cost estimate dated 30.10.2021 is part of the tender documents. The client intends to set a cost ceiling. The client intends to have all plans generated in 3D. All plans must be provided in the original format (e.g. dwg) and in pdf format by all planning participants and the client in the coordinated turni on the planning platform for the purpose of integrated planning, coordination of collision planning, breakthrough planning, etc. Service specifications must be created as GAEB files that can be processed with the cost control tool RIB iTWO used by the AG. The bidders declare that they are prepared to take on order extensions whose necessity may become apparent during order processing, e.g. the preparation or correction of as-built drawings.
