499 LVR Jugendhilfe Rheinland Halfeshof, 42651 SolingenObjektplanung Building for the reconstruction and renovation of the houses 10-11, 12-14 and 61-62.
The Rhineland Regional Council intends to transfer the services for all 3 buildings to a contractual partner. The 3 buildings are to be worked on separately but largely simultaneously. The fee quotation (stage 2) can only be evaluated if a quotation is submitted for each of the 3 buildings. 3 of the buildings on the Halfeshof property in Solingen are currently being renovated or converted by Landschaftsverband Rheinland. The buildings are a building stock dating from 1910, with basement, 2 storeys with mansard roof, they are not listed as historical monuments. 3 buildings each have a gross floor area of approx. 2,000 m gross floor area. At present the buildings are used differently, as seminar and academy building, guest house for the academy and for living groups, the youth welfare institution offers full-stationary places for children and young people in living groups. This is a room situation similar to a flat. In addition, individual pedagogical measures as well as offers of self-employment for young people are provided (see description of tasks). 2 buildings are currently planned to accommodate residential groups (assisted living) in the future. The third building is to be used for 1 residential group and the administration of the LVR-Jugendhilfe Rheinland (Rhineland Youth Welfare Association).the chargeable costs amount to approximately:- H.10+11: 1 792 185 EUR;- H.12-14: 850 515 EUR;- H.61+62: 1 807 871 EUR.expected scheduling: start of planning approx. Q2/2012, end of execution approx. Q4 2025.documents such as building plans, photos, overview plan etc. are available on the awarding platform.
