The preparation of the extended concept for the fee offer will be remunerated separately at a flat rate of EUR 5,000 gross The implementation of the measures will take place in the inner city area, in Berlin's "government quarter" (ban mile) and must be carried out under consideration of various framework conditions. The property is under monumental protection.
