Fire safety upgrading: The 2nd escape route of all apartments is achieved by smoke barriers of the staircases, which can be used to leave the building safely if there is no smoke or to reach the second staircase smoke-free if the first staircase is smoke-free. The doors will be equipped with an open position, which closes automatically in case of smoke and/or catastrophes. The profiles, their processing to the existing building as well as the glazing must show the quality according to the fire protection concept. Colour and glass types will be determined by the building owner after sampling. All work, such as e.g. the improvement of the ventilation of the corridor, the penetrations and/or the shortening of the handrails are also part of the work: The stops of the elevators should be located on the main floors after completion. At the moment, the intermediate landings are being controlled and the door openings are being made in the reinforced concrete partition walls by means of core drilling and saw cuts. Static stiffeners or reinforcements are to be installed. Safety measures in the intermediate construction stages are to be adhered to and proof of this is to be submitted and implemented.the upper main platforms are being extended on the 11th upper floors.the fire brigade lift also stops on the main floors and on the existing intermediate platforms. A fire brigade circuit is to be provided and coordinated with the fire brigade. The instructions and requirements of the fire protection concept and the legal regulations are to be observed: After the fire protection has been upgraded, all staircases will be repainted. The floor covering of the main landings will be made of non-flammable materials. Building services: The intercom systems will be renewed by WIRO's own construction service in 2019. This will not be included in the consideration of the costs or the amount of work involved.the picograms, safety lighting and emergency power supply will be brought up to the current state of the art.lighting of the general areas will be in LED.the lifts will be converted to through-loading so that the stops end at the main levels. New floor doors and claddings will be installed.the existing cable duct in the corridor will be upgraded in terms of fire protection.bulkheads etc. will have to be provided.the ventilation of the corridors will have to be considered and converted by specialists.the dry risers will have to be upgraded in accordance with the fire protection concept.Preliminary work performed:- Hagen Ingenieurgesellschaft für Brandschutz mbH; Barther Straße 30; 18437 Stralsund, Germany; preparation of fire protection concept (2019)The above-mentioned office is not excluded from participating in the procedure.the above-mentioned documents and papers will be provided by the client for further processing.estimated total value of the measure without VAT: approximately EUR 2 800 000. Engineering services of various object and specialist planning from the scope of application of the HOAI as well as special services are to be provided.The services according to HOAI extend to the performance specifications:1. buildings and interiors (§§ 33 ff. HOAI),2. structural design (§§ 49 ff. HOAI) and 3. technical equipment (§§ 53 ff. HOAI) in particular - work phases 1-8 buildings/interiors according to § 34 HOAI (if applicable work phases 3-8 technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI ALG 6 (if applicable in stages to be determined by the client);- work phases 2-6 structural planning according to § 51 HOAI (if applicable in stages to be determined by the client);- special services in defined work phases of the above-mentioned trades (if applicable in stages to be determined by the client).
