78464 Konstanz, Universitätsstr. 10, KN, Uni, Forschungsgebäude Neubau R3CThe sustainable and energy-efficient new building with the Research Centre on Conflict and Cohesion (R3C) is to become a research building in which the three central dimensions of social and political conflicts are to be integrated into a common research program.The R3C will bring together working groups from different disciplines and with different methodological approaches.The research building requires special functional spaces. In addition to areas for innovative office concepts and classic office and communication spaces, three laboratories will be created in which the special research topics of conflict and cohesion will be addressed using innovative methods. The planned laboratories include the virtualLAB, the dataLAB and the socialinnovationLAB.The space program comprises a NUF 1-7 of 2,899 m².The proportionate costs (gross) amount to:KG 300: €11,100,000KG 400: €8,774,000Construction will be carried out from May 2025 to Nov. 2028.
Specialist planning services in accordance with Part 4 Section 1 HOAI (structural planning of buildings), basic services of service phases 2-6 as well as special services of service phases 2, 3, 4, 8 and 9.The application must be made using the application form provided by the client.
