Description

The total of 11 AOKs plan to award the procurement of images/image data of their insured persons for use on the electronic health cards (eGK) in accordance with Section 291a (5) SGB V in the form of 4 lots. Insured persons in the sense of the service description are both insured persons of the AOKs and persons cared for on behalf of the AOK, e.g. social welfare recipients. For the purposes of this invitation to tender, images are both photos submitted on paper and photos submitted digitally.This invitation to tender covers the collection of images from insured persons and consists of a daily collection (e.g. for new insured persons) and collection as part of special supplies (e.g. images to be deleted due to obsolescence).
Collection of photos for the eGK of those insured by AOK Bayern and AOK Plus - approx. 2,868,000 photos to be collected. This is merely an estimated quantity for the entire term of the contract, the acceptance of which is not bindingly guaranteed. Depending on the development of the number of insured persons, the behaviour of the insured persons and other influencing factors, this estimated quantity may be considerably lower or higher during the contract period. Collection of photos for the eGK of the insured persons of AOK Rheinland/Hamburg, AOK Nordost and AOK NORDWEST - approx. 4,765,200 photos to be collected. This is merely an estimated quantity for the entire term of the contract, the acceptance of which is not bindingly guaranteed. Depending on the development of the number of insured persons, the behaviour of the insured persons and other influencing factors, this estimated quantity may be considerably lower or higher during the contract period. Collection of photos for the eGK of the insured of the AOK Baden-Württemberg, the AOK Hessen and the AOK Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland - approx. 2,882,083 photos to be collected. This is a mere estimated quantity for the entire term of the contract, the acceptance of which is not bindingly guaranteed. Depending on the development of the number of insured persons, the behaviour of the insured persons and other influencing factors, this estimated quantity may be significantly lower or higher during the contract period. Collection of photos for the eGK of the insured persons of the AOK Bremen/Bremerhaven, the AOK Lower Saxony and the AOK Saxony-Anhalt - approx. 3,226,500 photos to be collected. This is a mere estimated quantity for the entire term of the contract, the acceptance of which is not bindingly guaranteed. Depending on the development of the number of insured persons, the behaviour of the insured persons and other influencing factors, this estimated quantity may be significantly lower or higher during the contract period.
