Currently Salzburg AG uses a tool called secuIAM (formerly bi-cube) to implement identity and access management functionalities. secuIAM is a niche product that currently only partially meets the requirements. Salzburg AG is now looking for a new solution that provides a state-of-the-art solution and also implements it together with Salzburg AG. Basically, the identity lifecycle should be mapped and the introduction of the system should eliminate the need for manual intervention in the AD. All role changes and accesses must be fully auditable. The HR system used is SAP HR (currently R3, from 2023 S4). Salzburg AG intends to introduce the system in parallel to the existing solution and then gradually convert the business units. The service provider can optionally be used for the functional definition of the role concept.

Basically, the Identity Lifecycle should be mapped. Through the introduction of the system, manual intervention in the AD should no longer be necessary. All role changes and accesses must be fully auditable. SAP HR (currently R3, from 2023 S4) will be used as the HR system.
