Description
The courses offered in the area of "Resilience and Team Care" are aimed at all GIZ employees who want to deal with topics related to human resources development (HRD) and expand their personal competencies in this area. Participation in these trainings is self-motivated and not mandatory. The offers are primarily aimed at fixed teams, and in some cases at individual interested parties. The primary language is English, on request the trainings can also be conducted in German.The call for proposals comprises a total of 3 lots, each lot will be awarded individually.THIS CALL FOR PROPOSALS CONTAINS LOT 2! Interested trainers and consultancies can apply for one or more lots as well as for the different formats: Face-to-face, virtual or blended delivery. Bidders cannot apply for individual course delivery within the lots.
THIS TENDERING CONCERNS LOT 2!- Lot 1 "Team stocktaking an strengthening collaboration, Team Development":Training format for permanent teams with team leadership who want to improve their collaboration. After a stocktaking in relation to the principles of "cooperation and leadership" anchored in the mission statement, the team determines the common priorities for the training (event-related or preventive, 2 days in total, spread over 3 sessions over approximately 5 weeks, virtual or blended). Lot 2 "Healthy & Mindful Teams": Training format for permanent teams with or without a manager, who would like to deal with health prevention in the sense of "Staff Care" (preventive or event-related, 2 days, presence & virtual). The allocation is made to independent trainers* and / or trainers* offered by Consultings.- Lot 3 "Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS): Training format to stabilize staff working with marginalized groups in the context of flight, violence and trauma. Imparting basic knowledge on psychosocial support in the sense of "Staff Care" (event-related, 3 days presence & virtual). The training is offered to independent trainers and / or trainers offered by consultancies. The training offers of the AIZ are practical, interactive and experience-based. Impulses from the trainers alternate with discussion and reflection phases and are related to the trainer's own professional practice through exercises in small groups or in tandem. Transfer tools ensure sustainable effectiveness. In the virtual version, the individual sessions are spread out over several days by the hour to allow participants to focus their attention. Attention is paid to a lively, practice-oriented and visually appealing design of the learning units, e.g. through peer learning and self-learning units between the sessions.
