Description

The aim of the invitation to tender is to commission a bidder to intensify the work on market development by acquiring and supporting construction companies from Eastern Europe (in particular component manufacturers) and to provide consulting services to the extent described in Section 2 of the specifications. In this connection, the rapid initiation of initial pilot projects by the companies or their integration into pilot projects of German general contractors shall be supported by good networking with the Client.
The contractor will support the client in accompanying the manufacturers, in their entry as well as in their development in the Energiesprong market. Component manufacturers from Eastern Europe are to be enabled to develop new products for the serial refurbishment market and to build up additional production capacities. For this purpose, the contractor will support the development of new solutions with technical, organizational and legal know-how and evaluate them with regard to the necessary scalability, both professionally and economically. The production set-up is accelerated by networking and supporting the relevant stakeholders (e.g. in-investors, production experts, but also housing companies, if applicable, which guarantee a constant purchase of products). The contractor reports at regular intervals (at least twice a month) on his ongoing work and its results/progress (cf. OKR method).
