Description
The Republic of Peru, through the Ministry of Production, invites eligible bidders to submit sealed proposals for access to platforms and software supporting the adoption of DevSecOps methodologies. This procurement is part of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) financed Innovation, Technological Modernization and Entrepreneurship Program.
The process follows International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures under IDB policies and allows for electronic bid submission. The Best Final Offer (M.O.F.) evaluation method will be applied. A margin of preference may be granted to national contractors or APCAs.
Qualification requirements include:
- legal entity status with an accumulated invoiced amount equal to twice the value offered over the past 5 years
- proven experience in the implementation, configuration, updating, analysis, design, development, and deployment of similar software solutions
