Description

EMCO calls for Public Bidding for the contracting of food services for the Joint Chiefs of Staff's guards and services personnel.
The purpose of this tender is to contract the hot food supply service for the personnel covering guards and services in the Joint Chiefs of Staff, which consists of the preparation, packaging and distribution of daily rations per person consisting of breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus an evening snack, for EMCO personnel, who are located in two barracks:
- San Ignacio de Loyola N°242, Santiago Centro.
- Zenteno N°45, Santiago Centro.

- An average of 30 daily rations to be tendered from Monday to Sunday, according to the request of this Ministerial Body and informed in due time to the awarded Company, paying only for what is actually consumed.
- The daily rations may be delivered in both facilities, according to daily requirements.
In addition, the service is required to supply cold snacks and lunch and coffee break, for the following activities, among others:

- Beginning and end of courses - Reception of national and international authorities - Other authorized activities.
- Ceremonies for institutional and academic activities.
- Institutional and EMCO anniversaries.
