The Municipality of Rancagua, hereinafter also the "Municipality" or the "Municipality", in accordance with the powers conferred by Law Nº18.695 Constitutional Organic Law of Municipalities, and those contained in Law N°19.886 of Bases on Administrative Contracts for Supplies and Services and its Regulations, approved by D.S. N°250, of 2004, develops the present administrative procedure of a competitive nature, calling for interested parties to bid for the provision of "SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE RECINCTION IN WHERE THE HOSPITAL IS HELD IN THE CITY OF RANCOGUA". No. 250, of 2004, develops the present administrative procedure of a competitive nature, summoning interested parties to the public bidding for the provision of "SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE SITE WHERE THE PATRIOT FESTIVITIES 2024 OF THE COMMUNITY OF RANCAGUA WILL BE CELEBRATED", which will be developed in accordance with the present Administrative and Technical Bases, response to consultations and clarifications, if any, together with the other antecedents that comprise it, which are understood to be an integral part of the contract to be signed between the Municipality and the awarded Provider.
