Description

The Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (Sépaq) wishes to benefit from security services (hereinafter the "Services") at the Aquarium du Québec (hereinafter the "Establishment" or the "Aquarium").
As part of the Services, the Supplier's mandate will be to ensure the safety of the Establishment's visitors, staff, animals and physical installations, notably by implementing preventive measures and safety action procedures, by the presence of its agents on site, and by its interventions and recommendations to the Establishment's management.
The Supplier shall monitor the entire Site territory, as illustrated on the map attached as Appendix A.
The presence of at least one (1) security agent or officer is required seven (7) days a week for twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year.
Shifts are 12 hours long, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning. For exceptional reasons, this schedule may be modified, subject to prior agreement with the Site. For special events or corporate parties, the Supplier must be able to provide up to three (3) additional agents, for a total of four (4) agents present at the Site.
This Agreement is valid for a period of three (3) years, commencing on December 6, 2023 and ending no later than December 5, 2026. The Agreement may be renewed for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each, from December 6, 2026 to December 5, 2027 and from December 6, 2027 to December 5, 2028.
