The Contractor is responsible for providing the services of object monitoring and man surveillance.Object monitoringMaintaining safety in and around municipal objects, providing assistance in the event of emergencies and irregularities and operating security and safety systems. The services provided by building security include: - Control room services - Opening and closing rounds - Alarm response - Man surveillanceCreating and guaranteeing a sense of security for building users by ensuring that buildings and sites are secured by people. The provision of man surveillance services includes: - Securityhost (hostess/host) with reception duties - Supervision services The Contractor guarantees that the services to be provided by the Contractor will be of good quality for the term of the contract and will remain so, that the services will in all respects meet the customary requirements of legislation, government regulations and environmental provisions and that it will have sufficient qualified staff at its disposal at all times.In addition, the Contractor is in possession of all compulsory licences (in particular the licence issued by the Ministry of Justice under the Private Security Organisations and Detective Agencies Act (WPBR)) to perform the services to be provided.
