OKRONGE COURT IN RADOM, 1 Warszawska St., 26 - 600 Radom:1) protection of the building, monitoring + maintenance of systems, protection during convoying of documents or materials containing classified information, drawing up a physical protection plan - for a period of 24 months (expected from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025): a) direct physical protection must be carried out by: 6 security guards - on Mondays from 07:30 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday from 07:30 a.m. to 15:30 p.m., 2 security guards - on Mondays from 18:00 a.m. to 07:30 a.m. the following day and Tuesday through Friday from 15:30 a.m. to 07:30 a.m. of the following day, out of office hours, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, in case of prolonged court hearings outside the established office hours, security will be performed by security personnel to ensure the protection of the facility until the end of the hearing, and in justified cases (criminal trials, other e.g. Night of the Museums) the protection of the facility will be reinforced additionally up to 3 security personnel - the total number of hours resulting from prolonged hearings and reinforcement of security during the contract - 120 hours. District Court in Lipsko, 1 Partyzantów Street, 27 - 300 Lipsko: a) direct physical protection must be carried out by: 2 security guards - Monday through Friday from 07:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 1 security guard - on Mondays during office hours from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00, outside office hours, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, in case of prolonged court hearings outside the established office hours, security will be performed by security guards to ensure the protection of the facility until the end of the hearing, and in justified cases, the protection of the facility will be strengthened additionally by 1 security guard - the total number of hours resulting from prolonged hearings and strengthening of security during the term of the contract - 8 hours (applies to buildings on ul. Partyzantów 1 and Partyzantów 7 streets). District Court in Lipsko, 7 Partyzantów Street, 27 - 300 Lipsko: a) direct physical protection must be carried out by: 1 security officer - Tuesday through Friday from 07:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and on Mondays from 07:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except that in the event of prolonged court sessions outside the established working hours, security will be performed by a security officer to ensure the protection of the facility, persons and property until the conclusion of the hearings; REJON COURT IN SZYDŁOWC, Pl. M. Konopnickiej 7, 26 - 500 Szydłowiec: a) direct physical protection must be implemented by: 2 security guards - Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 15:30, 1 security guard - on Mondays during office hours from 15:30 to 18:00, outside office hours, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, in case of prolonged court hearings outside the established office hours, security will be performed by security guards to ensure the protection of the facility until the end of the hearing, and in justified cases, the protection of the facility will be reinforced additionally by 1 security guard - the total number of hours resulting from prolonged hearings and reinforcement of security during the term of the contract - 8 hours.
