The Commission wishes to retain the services of a security and guarding company for its facilities throughout the province of Quebec.

For the head office The SERVICE PROVIDER must provide unarmed security guards 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in order to offer services for the surveillance and protection of people, property and premises, primarily for the purposes of crime prevention and maintaining order.

For regional offices In accordance with the customer service hours for regional offices set out in the appendix, the service provider ensures the safety of people and premises by enforcing compliance with the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION's customer service instructions. As well as maintaining a calm and respectful atmosphere in the waiting room and at the counters.
