INVITATION TO TENDER

CISSS DES LAURENTIDES
The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) des Laurentides provides services throughout the region, in the following eight regional county municipalities (MRCs):
- Antoine-Labelle
- Laurentides
- Pays-d'en-Haut
- Rivière-du-Nord
- Thérèse-De Blainville
- Deux-Montagnes
- Mirabel
- Argenteuil
Created since April 1, 2015, the CISSS des Laurentides is the result of the merger of 12 establishments, including the CSSSs, youth center and rehabilitation centers in the Laurentians region.

NEED DESCRIPTION
The CISSS des Laurentides (hereinafter referred to as the "PUBLIC ORGANIZATION") wishes to enter into an agreement to obtain the supply and installation of self-supporting guardrails and warning lines for all the establishments listed in the present specifications. Eight (8) buildings are covered by the Phase 1 work (see list of buildings in the price schedule and the plans).
The SERVICE SUPPLIER will be required to provide all equipment, hoists, parts, other supplies, labor and supervision to perform the turnkey contract.
Please refer to the plans and specifications attached to the call for tenders for details of all work and requirements.
A specific certificate of conformity (with seal) of the products and installation by an engineer who is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec must be provided following completion of the work.
Each lot will be awarded on the basis of the lowest compliant price (see price schedule).
Bidders may bid on more than one lot if they wish. However, they must be able to carry out the work on the various lots simultaneously.
TENDER GUARANTEE
The TENDERER must submit with its tender a bid security equivalent to 10% of the total price proposed in its tender. This bid guarantee must be in the form of a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution.
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
The contract will be subject to ACCQO and ALEC.

TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender documents can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system (SEAO).
DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF COMPLAINTS
The deadline for receipt of complaints under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (LCOP) is October 23, 2023.
CLOSING OF BIDS
Tender files will be received until Tuesday, October 30, 2023, 11:00 a.m., Quebec time, at the following address CISSS des Laurentides, Service des approvisionnements, 1000 rue Labelle, Porte 3, local SS001, Saint-Jérôme (Québec) J7Z 5N6.
Tenders may also be submitted electronically, but only via the electronic tendering system (SEAO).
BID OPENING
Bids will be opened immediately after bid closing at the same place, on the same day, at the same time.
ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS
CISSS des Laurentides does not undertake to accept any of the bids received in response to the Call for Tenders.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Obtaining and paying for a building permit is the responsibility of the contractor.
