This contract notice concerns an open house contract. Within the framework of the Open House procedure, framework contracts are concluded for the "auditing and certification of the Green Button requirements in Germany until the end of the implementation phase in 2021". The client of the Open House framework contract is GIZ. On the basis of the Open House Framework Agreement and the individual contracts based on it, the certification bodies carry out initial audits during the introductory phase of the project and surveillance audits within Germany until 30 June 2021 in accordance with the requirements of the Framework Agreement at the applicant companies. In return, the certification bodies will receive performance-based remuneration.

Interested certification bodies can apply to join the Open House Framework Agreement "Auditing and Certification of Green Button Requirements by Certification Bodies in Germany until the End of the Implementation Phase in 2021" by submitting a bid. The bid must be submitted electronically via the GIZ Procurement Marketplace no later than 20.1.2021, 12.00 hrs (see section IV). The same conditions apply to all bids. There will be no technical comparative evaluation. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. In particular, the specified prices must be accepted.After expiry of the above-mentioned deadline, GIZ will check the bids and documents submitted in due time for compliance with the formal requirements, completeness and fulfilment of the suitability requirements. If the respective bidder fulfils the formal and substantive requirements for the bid as well as the eligibility requirements (see Conditions of Participation), the bidder will be admitted to participate in the training courses of the Green Button Office.The Open House Framework Contract will only be concluded when the bidder provides GIZ with proof of successful participation in the training course as well as the passed examinations of at least one auditor and one releaser.
