Nature and expected scope of the services
Development of indicators for general conditions and various aspects of household consumption behaviour in Germany, definition of household constellations (as well as their underlying characteristics) and performance of analyses (comparison of households or household constellations with regard to the indicators). The results of the analysis have to be representative for the considered households in Germany. The services to be provided include all SOEP data processing necessary for the analyses, including any necessary weighting, aggregation, and coding of answers to open-ended questions (including the development of suitable coding schemes). The data analyses must include inferential statistical analyses, in particular the estimation of confidence intervals and tests of statistical significance of all differences revealed by the comparisons to be made. Documentation of the results of the analyses in a written report of results. The documentation of results should take the form of appropriate tables and figures/graphs, as well as verbal descriptions and interpretations of the key findings.

Expected period of execution
September 2021 until February 2022
