The subject of the procedure is the award of the screed work within the scope of the project "Renovation work Johannes-Kepler-Gemeinschaftsschule".
The subject of the procurement is screed work as part of the project "Renovation work Johannes-Kepler-Gemeinschaftsschule".The Johannes-Kepler-Gemeinschaftsschule in Magstadt, Böblingen district was built between 1964 and 1965. The expansion of the secondary school followed in the mid-seventies.The school property is enclosed by Alte Stuttgarter Straße and Marienstraße, as well as Schillerstraße and Jahnstraße. The current school ensemble consists of 5 buildings A-E. In order to meet the requirements of the community school, the existing school buildings will be renovated and supplemented by extension buildings. The measures also include pollutant remediation, as well as fire protection and energy overhaul of the facilities. For reasons of financial feasibility, 2 construction phases are required. The subject of this call for tenders is only the first construction phase concerning building C, building D and a part of the basement in building A. The work will be carried out during the ongoing school year. The construction work will be carried out during ongoing school operation, whereby Building D and the west wing (C1) of Building C will be completely taken out of operation. The east wing of building C will be used for temporary workshops and the student club - no school lessons will be held there.
